Picking a Sign-In Method
Three tabs sit above the login form, and each opens a different way into the same account. Switching tabs only swaps the input field; the password field underneath stays fixed no matter which tab is active.
| Tab | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Phone | The number used at registration, starting with +90. |
| The address confirmed when the account was opened. | |
| Account ID | The number issued after registration; useful once phone or email has changed. |
Completing the Form
- Select the tab matching phone, email or account ID.
- Fill in the number, address or ID for that tab.
- Add the password, checking it with the eye icon if needed.
- Submit the form with the Log in button.
When the Form Will Not Submit
A forgotten password is reset through the Forgot your password? link rather than repeated attempts. Keyboard language and caps lock are worth a check first, since the password field reads upper and lower case separately. The +90 prefix is already placed at the start of the phone field, so re-typing it produces an invalid number. Should none of this resolve the issue, the support icon in the top right opens a direct line to an agent.
Common Questions
Where is the account ID shown?
Once registration is complete, the account ID appears on the profile page; logging in by phone or email first makes it possible to look it up there.
Is it possible to set a new password?
Yes, the Forgot your password? link starts a reset flow, and the previous password stops working as soon as a new one is confirmed.
What happens without an existing account?
The Sign up link below the form leads to registration, which can be completed by phone or email in a few minutes.
