Registration and account rules
Registration needs a phone number or email, plus a password of at least 6 characters. The checkbox on the form declares that you are 18 or older and have read these conditions; a false declaration voids every transaction that follows. Checking whether betting is allowed where you live is up to you.
- One account per person, and the same rule applies per device and per payment instrument.
- The name, phone and email entered must be true and belong to you.
- An account opened with false details may be frozen and its bets voided.
- The account is personal, cannot be transferred and cannot be used by someone else.
Identity checks run through KYCAID, an outside provider; an ID card, passport or driving licence is accepted, and the process can also continue from a phone. Login uses a phone number, email or Account ID together with your password. Change your password at once if you suspect it has reached someone else, since every action from your account counts as your own.
Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit only from an instrument registered in your own name; funds from someone else's instrument may be returned and the account restricted. Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with, as far as the provider allows. The balance is for play, not savings, and earns no interest; an amount deposited and withdrawn without play may be queried.

Sports betting rules
- A bet is struck at the odds shown the moment it is accepted; if the odds change while confirming, the slip offers the new odds.
- Settlement follows the official result published by the organiser, and is corrected if that result is corrected.
- A stake is refunded when an event is cancelled, postponed for a long time, or odds were clearly entered in error.
- Live scores and stats on the site are only a guide; the official record of the event decides settlement.
Casino and instant game rules
Every game in the casino lobby, slots, live casino and instant games belongs to a studio named on that page; the studio's own generator decides each round's outcome, and once a round starts no one can affect it. If the connection drops or a tab closes, the round is settled from the provider's record and usually resumes when you reopen the game. A round broken by a clear technical fault is voided along with anything it paid. Demo mode risks no money and pays none.
Prohibited behaviour
- Holding more than one account or playing on someone else's account.
- Using bots, scripts or any automated betting tool.
- Exploiting a system error or a clearly wrong odd instead of reporting it.
- Opening a chargeback through a payment provider instead of a complaint.
- Acting aggressively toward support staff or other players.
- Using the site while under 18, or letting a child use an account.
Breaching any of these clauses may void related bets, take back a bonus, and restrict or close the account. Money deposited correctly and not owed elsewhere is returned.
Changes and closing an account
This text may be updated from time to time; the version published on the site applies from the moment it goes live and is not applied retroactively to a bonus already being wagered. You may close your account at any time; withdraw your real money balance first, since the bonus balance is lost on closure.
